The ideal candidate would have previous payroll experience and thrives in a high-volume environment. This individual must be driven and possess excellent multi-tasking and communication skills. Hotel experience is preferred and union experience is a huge plus! 

As a Payroll Clerk, you will perform activities to support the Payroll and General Accounting functions in a Union setting.

Main duties include, but not limited to:

• Review accuracy of payroll and deductions and report all discrepancies to supervisor
• Prepares payroll reports, conduct annual record retention procedures, and assists in proceeding quarterly, year-end closings (Disability, W-2s)
• Process tips and gratuities
• Participate in special projects
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned or required
• Develops and maintains constructive and cooperative working relationships with other finance departments
• Attends staff meetings pertinent to work assignments
• Researches and responds to information requests from internal departments and management

Starting Hourly Rate: $32.06
