Restaurant Supervisor

As Restaurant Supervisor, you will operate as a leader to our hard working and passionate TEAM.  In this role you will ensure day to day operations runs smoothly and create an exceptional culinary experience for our guests through the preparation and presentation of high quality foods from our menu and you will play a key role in contributing to the future look and feel of a guest culinary experience.

In this role you will: 

Ensure day to day operations run smoothly, create an exceptional culinary experience for our guests through the preparation and presentation of high quality foods from our menu serving, and bartending while ensuring guest satisfaction.  You will play a key role in contributing to the future look and feel of a guest culinary experience.  You will be responsible for ordering food and liquor, monthly inventories, and closing nightly paperwork, oversee the TEAM.  You will be responsible for closing nightly paperwork, oversee the TEAM and assist with serving/bartending as needed.  

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a luxury brand or hotel setting 
• Excellent English communication skills and able to read, write and speak fluently
• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, flavor profiles, and food presentation.
• Proficiency in menu planning, recipe development, and cost control
• Micro POS experience
