We are looking for dedicated and detail-oriented Public Area Attendants to help maintain our high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

What will you be doing?

• Maintains the cleanliness of the hotels public, team member and common areas as well as reporting any maintenance problems. 
• Detailed and routine cleaning of furniture, fixtures and fittings in the common areas both day and evening are essential. 
• Toilet facilities are to be regularly checked and cleaned. 
• Back of house staff facilities, toilets, corridors and offices are to be cleaned on routine basis. 
• All glassed areas are to be kept free of smudges up to two metres.
• Spot clean all horizontal and vertical surfaces including light switches, walls, doors, and doorplates, removing fingerprints, smudges and stains
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
• Follow hotel security guidelines and safety procedures.
• Assist guests with any requests or questions they may have.

Requirements

What are we looking for?

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good physical condition and stamina.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
