**Job Description:**
We are looking for an enthusiastic and charismatic Outgoing Lead to enhance our guests' experience by serving as the VIP Host/Maitre'd. This role is perfect for aspiring actresses and actors who have a flair for performance and a passion for engaging with people. The ideal candidate will be the face and voice of our restaurant and resort, ensuring every guest feels welcomed, entertained, and valued.
**Responsibilities include but are not limited to:**
-Guest Engagement: Greet and interact with guests in a friendly and energetic manner, making them feel welcome and special from the moment they arrive.
- Face of the Restaurant: Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, embodying the spirit and personality of our restaurant/resort.
- Host Duties: Serve as the main point of contact for guests during their visit, providing information about the menu, specials, and upcoming events.
- Event Hosting: Act as the host for various restaurant events, introducing performers, making announcements, and ensuring smooth event execution.
- Customer Service: Address and resolve any guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Promotional Activities: Assist with marketing and promotional activities, including social media engagement, to attract and retain guests.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the management, kitchen, and service staff to ensure seamless operations and exceptional service.
- Lounge Interaction: Engage with guests on lounge chairs, ensuring they are attended to by servers and their orders are taken.
- Towel Management: Assist guests by fixing their towels when they get up to swim or eat, maintaining a tidy and inviting environment.
- Morning Setup: Ensure lounge chairs are organized nicely in the morning and background music is playing to create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Sound Management: Manage the volume of the restaurant's music and ambiance to enhance the guest experience.
**Qualifications:**
- Personality: Outgoing, energetic, and charismatic with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service, hosting, or performing arts is highly desirable.
- Passion for Entertainment: A genuine interest in acting, performing, or entertaining guests in a hospitality setting.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to handle difficult situations with grace and professionalism.
- Team Player: Collaborative and able to work well with a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
