Job Overview…
As Business Development Manager you will work closely with our team to support efforts to bring new management opportunities into our group and support our existing relationships. Specifically, you will:
- Work closely to support the Business Development Team with necessary research, presentations, and other support.
- Work RFPs / RFQs and coordinate with internal teams for required information.
- Work early and soft leads and qualify with executive leadership.
- Work with executive leadership to target developments in specified areas and work to create contacts and initiate action.
- Provide marketing materials to potential clients through targeted communications, and Salesforce database.
- Detailed development follow-up with executive leadership.
- Manage and follow-up on Salesforce database.
- Work with executive leadership on external communications for targeted marketing in conjunction with Marketing Team.
- Work with teams on ownership communications and initiatives.
- Support business development events (e.g., ALIS, NYU, etc.) through meeting scheduling and marketing perspectives.
- Complete additional related duties as assumed or assigned.
Qualified candidates will possess…
- Credible background in business development and relationship management, preferably in the hotel or real estate field.
- Experience across multiple major markets in the United States. Do we need?
- A bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality management, Eliminate hospitality management and leave as bachelors degree or related field, or equivalent education and experience in related field.
- Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft 365 Suite.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time. Change to some travel could be required.
