In this role you will: 

Ensure day to day operations run smoothly, create an exceptional experience for our guests.  You will be responsible for assisting with bar operations, ensuring that customers receive the best service possible, upholding a constant level of staff productivity, ensuring that the bar's budget is not exceeded and maintaining health and safety standards within the bar.  You will manage bartender’s schedules, and oversee special events.  You will be responsible for overseeing selection and purchase of liquor, and oversee biweekly inventory.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a luxury brand or hotel setting
• Prior supervisor experience 
• Excellent English communication skills and able to read, write and speak fluently
• TIPS/ServSafe Alcohol Certification is a plus
• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, flavor profiles, and food presentation
• Proficiency in menu planning, recipe development, and cost control
• Micro POS experience
• Experience working with standard operating procedures and updating where necessary
• Be able to demonstrate taking initiative and supervising others
• Very experienced in dealing with high volume and fast paced working environments
• Individuals must have flexibility in their approach, the ability to adapt to last minute changes and be extremely customer focused
• An excellent command of the English language
• Shift work and flexibility is required in this position
