The Graphic Designer handles promotional videos (pictures, videos, etc.) required by various departments of the hotel and supervises production related to design. This role is responsible for the production of posters, promotional videos, printed materials and other products related to design, ensuring that the products meet the group's design standards, advertising, a deep understanding of the corporate philosophy and culture. 

What will I be doing?

As the Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• To ensure professional artwork design for all print collaterals e.g flyers, posters, menus and etc as per graphic request received. All artworks are to be reviewed with final check.
• To ensure accurate printing specifications are provided to printer. Is responsible to liaise with printer on colour proof approval to ensure colour accuracy and image quality.
• To practice quality check on all printed collaterals to ensure its quality and standards.
• To have cost control on materials utilization. Can make full use of the materials and is aware of graphics budgeting.
• To participate in developing new ways of presenting restaurant menus.
• To establish and create new ideas and trends in décor through brainstorming and conceptualizing them through visual and renderings.
• To develop a short video for social media assets.
• To carry out all reasonable duties as assigned by Director of Marketing Communications.
• Proper filing of artwork files for easy retrieval.
• To issue requisitions for graphic materials.
• Take care of hotel property (items for office use, machines and facilities).
• To understand and strictly adhere to the rules and regulations established in the employee handbook.
• To understand and strictly adhere to the hotel's policy on fire, hygiene, health & safety.
• To maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times.             
• To maintain good rapport and working relationship with staff in the department and all other departments.
• To provide a courteous and professional service at all times.
• To attend and contribute to all staff meetings and other related activities.
