Marketing Intern - Curricular Internship

What will I be doing?

As Marketing Intern, you will have the opportunity to be heavily involved in all aspects of

Hilton Milan presence both online, media and sales.

The intern will complete this internship with:

An understanding of content marketing and public relations practices; An understanding of email marketing; An understanding of how, where and why content and public relations fit into a brand's marketing strategy; An understanding of how to use online platforms to collaborate with relevant individuals. An understanding of how to creatively create content.

Main role responsibilities:

Provide competitive research and analysis support; Assist with implementation of multichannel marketing and ecommerce campaigns; Help with collection and synthesis of quantitative and qualitative data from client marketing campaigns; Assist with advertising and marketing promotional activities including social media, mobile, mail, e-mail, web, and print; Assist with the content maintenance of the brand website and OTAs; Work with various databases; Assist with the production of ad hoc reports and presentations; Work closely across all hotel departments, seeking proactive opportunities; Support the development of promotional activities, marketing channels and the production of marketing materials for specific events; Draft client communications, content for blogs, website, and social media.

Previous experience in a customer-focused industry; Positive attitude and good communication skills; Excellent grooming standards; Ability to work on your own and as part of a team; Competent level of IT proficiency and Social Media; Good knowledge of English; Good knowledge of Italian.
