Bartender/Mixologist

Key Duties Include:

• Customer service:  Greet customers, verify the customer's age, provide recommendations, ensure a pleasant experience, and build a rapport with regular customers to create a positive atmosphere
• Drink preparation: Mix and serve drinks based on recipes, using a variety of ingredients
• Bar management: Keep the bar clean and organized, restock supplies, and dispose of waste
• Inventory: Assist with inventory control, coordinate daily supply orders, and receive deliveries
• Other tasks: Process payments, open and maintain tabs throughout shift and clean glasses and utensils

Key Job Requirements:

• Knowledge of applicable local and national liquor laws, health and safety regulations and proper alcohol handling procedures
• Knowledge of mixology for traditional and creative cocktails
• Understanding of unique and complementary flavor pairings
• Ability to evaluate customer satisfaction and be responsive
• Ability to enforce company policies regarding the consumption of alcohol
• Accountability in maintaining inventory and processing payments
• Physical ability to stand or walk for long periods of time
