The Front Office Manager will oversee all front office operations, ensuring the highest standards of customer service and guest satisfaction. This role requires a hands-on leader with strong communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to manage a team effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of the front desk, including check-in, check-out, reservations, and guest services.
• Train, supervise, and support front office staff, ensuring adherence to hotel policies and procedures.
• Address guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Monitor and manage room availability, rates, and occupancy to maximize revenue.
• Maintain accurate records of guest information and billing.
• Develop and implement front office policies, procedures, and standards.
• Prepare and manage the front office budget, including staffing, supplies, and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role or Hotel  within a hotel front office.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Micros, etc.).
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations effectively.
