Key Responsibilities

• Provide a welcoming environment for guests
• Handle check-in/out process and reservations
• Recommendations for local attractions and dining options
• Assist in cleaning or other departments as needed
• Ensure 100% guest satisfaction

Requirements

Required

• Flexibility to work shifts
• High School Diploma or GED

Preferred

• AA or Bachelors Degree
• Customer Service experience in the Hospitality Field
• Experience with hotel operation systems
