GENERAL MANAGER 

We currently have an opening for an experienced and dynamic General Manager to the lead our energetic team! Self-starters with a positive attitude who are willing to lead by example are welcome to apply. 

Key attributes and responsibilities of the position include: 

 To drive profitability and service excellence throughout the property while creating a culture of empowerment and Team spirit, as required by the company 

 Submit timely and accurate financial information to the company 

 Full implementation and consistency of the company’s standards and, brand standards, and industry rating for the property 

 Control all purchasing in accordance with the budget outline and as required by company policy 

 Working with Team Members to ensure ongoing training and development for a positive and proactive approach towards all of the property’s guests 

 Maintain an appraisal system for the employees for their continued training and growth 

 Maintain employee files in accordance to company policy and federal/state guidelines 

 Monitor staff schedules to ensure in line with business demands, legal requirements and the hotel budget while ensuring adequate service coverage at all times while maintaining accurate employee attendance calendars and schedules 

 Actively promote sales for revenue generation for the company 

Qualifications: 

 Prior management or senior supervisory experience in hotels 

 Proven ability to build and maintain a team 

 Proven ability to operate a hotel profitably 

 Intermediate accounting skills 

 Working knowledge of a PMS system
