Education: College degree preferred or at least 3 years of hospitality/fitness related experience. Ability to speak, read, write, and comprehend the English Language at a level sufficient to communicate effectively with clients, members, guests, co-workers.

Training and Experience: Experience working within a luxury Club/Resort environment; valid state driver’s license. Operating front desk; strong customer background and supervisory experience. Must be CPR and AED (Automated External Defibrillator) certified.  All applicants must pass “Level 2” background/security screening as this position has interaction with children under age 12.

Job Knowledge: Working knowledge of fitness equipment and safety procedures, member, guest and employee relations. Microsoft Office computer skills and scheduling, inventory, communication and customer service skills, problem-resolution experience.

Job Summary: Self-motivated, energetic person able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, holidays. Handle customer service issues, responsible for daily shift work, cleaning schedules, and function of facility. Main concentration is ensuring the finest level of service and highest quality product for our members and guests.

Physical Abilities: Must be able to effectively communicate with members and guests. Must be able to move about the entire property in an efficient manner. Able to work on feet for long  periods of time; able to lift up to 40 pounds and move about at a quick pace.
