As the Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant. Support the Restaurant Manager in all aspects of daily operations, including staff management, customer service, and maintaining the highest standards of food quality and service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency and excellence in service.
• Supervise and train staff to foster a positive and productive work environment.
• Oversee inventory management and order supplies as needed.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
