This is your chance to be part of an in-house Brand Performance Support team that delivers responsive support to Hotel Leaders across the CALA region (Caribbean and Latin America) with over 210 hotels in the portfolio! As Analyst of CALA BPS, you will partner with the BPS, hotels, communications, reports, deliver promise and broader organization teams to help analyze, create, implement, and provide resources to support our hotel leaders. At the Mexico CALA regional office and reporting to Senior Director BPS CALA, you will focus on assisting the team, hotels in overall performance activities.

Requirements

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What your day-to-day will be like:

  • Assist on processes and calls with hotels to follow up on critical tasks and ensure successful completion of them on all our tools used in BPS.
  • Build and translate presentations.
  • Plan regional events.
  • Run reports of different applications for special projects: i.e. Cognos, Tableau, report writer, roadmap, BOSS, and Onq SM.
  • Draft communications to hotels to distribute via TCEs / NOW.
  • Assist with IT related systems for hotels and owners: i.e. IDM, Hilton emails, MFA, Vantage, Distro Lists, and Service now tickets.

How you will collaborate with others:

  • Listen to internal and external stakeholders´ ideas, questions, comments, feedback and areas of opportunities to ensure all deliverables are met.
  • Facilitate communication and improvement of performance of our portfolio of hotels in the region.

What projects you will take ownership of:

  • Deliver all assigned tasks, presentations, conclusions, reports, and related plans to BPS teams, and prepare outstanding presentations to external partners when needed.
  • Present convincing data, documents and materials utilizing Hilton´s tools to help transmit the desired story to our partners.

WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT

You have these minimum qualifications:

  • One (1) year of related work experience.
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish with written, verbal and presentation skills 
  • Advanced experience with Excel and PowerPoint (pivot tables and creating presentations)
  • Able to travel up to 15%, including domestic and international travel

It would be useful if you have:

  • Knowledge of hotel-branded franchise operations in the Latin America Region.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
