Table Games Dealer

We are looking for part-time Blackjack Dealers.

• Become a Table Games Dealer with the mission, objectives, policies and procedures of Grand Casino, and in full accordance with all Federal, State and Tribal gaming regulations.

  ESSENTIAL DUTIES OF THE POSITION:  

  Responsible for the protection and control of assigned position.

  EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: 

  • Conducts the games in accordance with Mille Lacs Corporate Ventures policies and procedures
  • Handling player transactions and notifying a Supervisor of any irregularities, guest disputes or arguments that may arise during the game.
  • Providing the guests with a friendly and courteous atmosphere while promoting a pleasant gaming experience.
  • Promotes departmental and property wide promotions.
  • Knowledge of gaming regulations and Mille Lacs Corporate Ventures internal controls, policies and procedures.
  • Ensure accuracy and completion of all signatory paperwork specific to your position.
  • Participate in mandatory informational meetings and training sessions as scheduled by management.
  • Any and all other duties as assigned.
  • Must be able to secure license from Gaming Regulatory Authority, and follow all relevant DGR’s.
  • Table Games dealing must participate in a Mille Lacs Corporate Ventures Table Games Dealer Training program. 
  • Must pass an internal proficiency audition proving competence in dealing skills and procedures. 

• Class Details

  This is a two week (80 hours) course for new dealers and 40 hour course for experienced dealers that is PAID. We will provide you with the knowledge to become a successful blackjack dealer.

  Candidates must pass an audition at the end of class in order to be eligible for a Table Games Dealer position.
