Overview:
We currently have an opening for a Maintenance Engineer Assistant. Team players who are looking to join a dynamic environment are encouraged to apply. No experience needed, on the job training will be provided.
Key attributes and responsibilities of the position include:
- Will be trained on basic preventive maintenance of rooms/kitchen/common areas to maintain safety, working order, prolonged equipment life, and overall appearance
- Prioritizes and carries out maintenance tasks as requested Maintenance Engineer; management; and other departments
- Replaces burned out bulbs exterior and interior to the building in accordance to brand and safety standards
- Carries out cleaning duties as assigned
- Keeps walks and entrances clear of snow and ice when applicable
Qualifications:
- No prior maintenance experience needed
