• Available for 2 to 3 days per week
• Available to work on the weekends
• Shifts are normally 8 hours per day, from 07:00 – 15:00 or from 15:00 – 23:00. Sometimes there is a shift somewhere in between. It is therefore important that you are able to start at 07:00 and are able to get back home if you finish at 23:00

What does you day as Steward look like?As Steward you are responsible for the back of the house for the F&B service and Kitchen. You make sure that everything is clean and in place, so that the F&B and the Kitchen can do their job perfectly. Examples of your tasks are:

• Is responsible for cleaning and keeping tidy of all sculleries in the different outlets
• Keeps Team Restaurant clean and tidy
• Regularly cleans copper, silver and stainless steel
• Takes care of all outlets and corridors and makes sure they are always cleared and tidy
• Should have complete knowledge of all cleaning standards
• Keeps storerooms clean and tidy
• Is fully aware of all hygiene, health and safety procedures

Requirements

Who are you?Your friends describe you as a hardworking person who gets energy from cleaning up and organizing.
