As the Co-brand Marketing Manager (Financial Partnerships) you'll activate Marketing strategies to drive acquisition and engagement on Hilton’s co-brand credit card portfolios across Europe. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you'll craft initiatives to drive awareness and consideration of the credit card portfolio, acquire new cardholders, as well as build loyalty and engagement among the existing cardholder base.

This position is a new role based in Watford, UK. You will report to the Senior Co-brand Marketing Manager. 

More specifically, you will:

  •    Develop and execute robust acquisition strategies tailored to co-brand partnerships, utilizing diverse marketing channels such as digital, social, CRM, PR, and On-Property across multiple markets. 
  •    Manage communications across the entire customer lifecycle, from acquisition through to activation and ongoing engagement, ensuring a seamless and rewarding experience for co-brand cardholders.
  •    Support the creative development for campaigns, including development of creative briefs, management of agency partners, gaining alignment and approval across key business partners, and ensuring all deliverables are on-brand.
  •    Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders including marketing, product development, finance, and operations to create targeted marketing campaigns aligned with co-brand partner objectives.
  •    Manage Media and creative agencies to ensure best-in-class creative development and performance.
  •    Cultivate strong relationships with co-brand partners, serving as the primary liaison for all acquisition and engagement communications, fostering collaboration and mutual success.
  •    Track and analyse key performance metrics, providing regular reporting and actionable insights to drive informed decision-making and optimize campaign performance.
  •    Drive innovation and continuous improvement in acquisition and engagement communications through rigorous testing, optimization, and adoption of industry best practices.

  •    Proven track record of success in marketing across customer lifecycle marketing including acquisition and engagement communications. 
  •    Multi-channel campaign management experience across CRM (app/email), digital, offline, and social. Experience across multiple markets is a plus. 
  •    Confidence managing multiple agencies across different products, projects, and markets.
  •    Strong analytical aptitude, with the ability to derive insights from data and translate them into actionable strategies.
  •    Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  •    Demonstrated project management skills, capable of effectively managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  •    Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and driving business growth and strong eye for detail. 
  •    An understanding of loyalty or credit card retailing best practices, effective positioning and messaging to engage customers

    To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications: 

  •    Previous experience working in marketing at a global organization 
  •    Fluent English

    It would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions: 

  •    BA/BS Bachelor's Degree and/or MA/MS Master’s Degree or experience in lieu of
  •    Experience in loyalty and/or the credit card retailing space
