What will I be doing?

A Management Trainee with Conrad Hong Kong is always working on behalf of our guests and working with other team members. You will be part of a 12-month program defined by 4 phases including Adaptation, and Familiarization at all Hotel departments, Focused practical training, and In-depth Supervising skills training in a specific department. Successful candidates will be offered in either one of the development streams, Housekeeping or Food & Beverage. 

Requirements

What are we looking for? 

To successfully filled this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviors, skills and value that follow:

• Planning to develop a long-term career with a major and world-renowned Hotel
• Strong in planning, organization, analysis and problem-solving
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations and work on your own and in teams
• A Diploma holder in Hospitality Management or related discipline, or above
• Possess an excellent command of spoken and written English, with level 4 or above in HKDSE English or equivalent. Proficiency in Cantonese and Mandarin will be an advantage.
• Have accommodation available in Hong Kong.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to a Management Trainee Recruitment Centre at Conrad Hong Kong on 15 June 2024.
