Position Summary:
The Front Desk Associate is responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience from check-in to check-out, as well as performing light housekeeping duties to maintain the cleanliness and comfort of our hotel. We are looking for a team player who is business-focused and eager to contribute to our hotel’s success. No prior experience is necessary, but the willingness to learn and grow with our company is essential. Ideal Candidate would be able to work 7-3 and or 3-11
Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk Duties
Greet and register guests, providing prompt and courteous service.
Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and requests efficiently.
Answer phone calls and provide information on hotel amenities, local attractions, and directions.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
Process transactions and manage a cash drawer.
Helping out with breakfast.
Light Housekeeping Duties
Replenish towels, toiletries, and other supplies to guest at the desk.
Spot clean public areas including the lobby, corridors, and elevators.
Assist the housekeeping team as required.
Maintaining the upkeep of laundry for the next business day is required
Skills & Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong verbal communication skills.
Basic computer skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Business-focused mindset.
Willingness to learn and take on multiple tasks.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 25 pounds.
