Essential Job functions:
- Ensure that orders get to their table as quickly and accurately as possible.
- Clear communication with the cooks and servers.
- Keep station clean and organized.
- Keep station stocked.
- Once orders are complete, inspect the dish to confirm that it complies with the quality standards that are in place.
- Focus on ticket times (getting food to guest as quickly as possible)
- Communicate when items are out or any specials that are running that day.
- Taking food out to guests and checking to see if they are all set with everything they may need.
- Make sure all dishes are free from smudges or spills.
