Join Our Team! Front Desk Representative Wanted at Guy Harvey Resort:
Are you a customer service superstar looking for a new challenge? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for delivering exceptional experiences? Compensation:
  • Starting hourly wage: $16.00 - $17.00
  • Full-time position with opportunities for growth and development
About the Role:
As a Front Desk Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing an exceptional customer service experience from check-in to check-out. Your responsibilities will include:
  •  Handling reservations, check-ins, and check-outs with ease and efficiency
  •  Responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
  •  Maintaining a cash bank and adhering to accounting guidelines
  •  Building positive relationships with colleagues and other hotel departments
  •  Multitasking and handling stress in busy periods
  •  Inputting and accessing information in our property management system and point-of-sale system
  •  Following company policies and procedures to ensure a seamless guest experience
Requirements:
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays – don't let this stop you, we are flexible!
  • Dependability and punctuality are essential
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous hotel front desk experience is preferred, but not required – we hire personalities!
