Maintenance Supervisor

The maintenance supervisor is responsible for managing the day to day maintenance and up keep of our resort. This position will report to our chief engineer.

Responsibilities include:

• Management and supervision of all elated systems and the building envelop to ensure the safety of hotel guests, associates and vendors.
• Ensure compliance, preventative maintenance programs and procedures, SOP's as well as all Building/Fire/Health Department codes.
• Prioritize service requests; schedule and monitor the service performed to ensure customer satisfaction, safety and convenience.
• Review purchase requests and monitor expenses budget to ensure goals are met.
• Interview, hire, train, recommend performance evaluations, resolve problems to build a strong maintenance team.
• Maintain cleanliness of public and recreation areas of resort

The ideal candidate will need to possess strong management and problem solving skills and should have some knowledge in HVAC systems management, electrical engineering and plumbing techniques.
