This role reports to the Director of Housekeeping. As Housekeeping Manager, you would be responsible for the hotel's Housekeeping operations both AM and PM shifts and ensuring the Housekeeping team can meet business needs and deliver outstanding service and performance. The Housekeeping Manager is responsible supervising, and coordinating the daily activities of the housekeeping department, along with ensuring smooth operations including rooms, public areas, laundry, and supplies. The Housekeeping Manager is expected to maintain the highest level of cleanliness, presentation, and efficiency while adhering to brand standards and achieving guest satisfaction. This position requires strong attention to detail, leadership skills, organizational skills, time management skills, and the ability to effectively deal with guests, and team members.

As the Director of Rooms, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the efficient operations of guest reception, guest services, and housekeeping departments. Your responsibilities will encompass strategic financial management, adept leadership, outstanding customer service skills, and meticulous supervision to maintain departmental standards. Your mission will be to ensure that guests enjoy a seamless and delightful stay, while upholding the highest levels of guest service throughout their journey. Your role will also involve mentoring department managers, fostering their growth, and ensuring consistent adherence to established standards.
The primary purpose of the Front Office Supervisor is the correct and appropriate checking in and checking out of guests and providing services to these guests courteously and professionally. The Front Office Supervisor will also be responsible for training all Front Office staff and assisting the Front Office Manager in improving the culture of the department and hotel. The Front Office Supervisor will also be assigned tasks that will improve his/her knowledge of the operations and accounting of the Front Office.
To support the sales managers in achieving customer satisfaction by performing administrative duties relating to sales, guests, and hotel communications. Team members are responsible for system room control, Sales and Events Coordination, group bookings, contracts, etc. In addition, the Sales Coordinator will support the sales team in achieving revenue goals by coordinating sales activities, managing client relationships, and ensuring smooth operations within the department. This role is essential in driving sales initiatives and enhancing customer satisfaction in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

The anticipated compensation range for the position for applicants working in NYC is $80k-$100K (depending on the property) annually. The annual salary offered to a successful candidate will depend on several factors, including but not limited to years of experience within the job, years of experience within the required industry, education, etc.
