Job Summary

As the Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to maximize revenue across our portfolio of properties. You will lead a team of sales professionals, build strong relationships with clients, and identify new business opportunities to enhance our market presence.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets for the assigned area.

- Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with key clients, including hotels, restaurants, and event planners.

- Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team to ensure high performance and professional development.

- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive landscape, adjusting strategies accordingly.

- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to create promotional campaigns and packages.

- Prepare and present sales reports to senior management, providing insights on performance and areas for improvement.

- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote our services.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.

- 5+ years of sales experience in the hospitality industry, with a proven track record of success.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.

- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Willingness to travel within the assigned region.

- Strong organizational and time management skills
