About the company

Our management company Cimarron Hospitality is an integrated management company that oversees the full scale of operations for a family of companies, dating back to 1996. The company currently oversees over 400 rooms in primary markets that deliver a high return on investment and perform in the top tier of the brands. Our core abilities include:

  • Revenue Management: highly skilled utilizing analytics internally to maximize rates and occupancy during high compression periods. Organized and segmented strategies to provide profitable business to the property. 24/7 coverage to verify all channels are functioning properly and to the full benefit of the property.
  • Sales: tenured and focused sales team with high-level control at the corporate office to verify all requirements are met, including group responsiveness in proposals and satisfaction, new account generation with targeted approach, and required prospecting to garner new business into the property.
  • Operations: extreme focus on brand standards and programs with frequent independent audits. Senior leadership oversight on key indicators including, but not limited to preventative maintenance, guest experience, brand standards, loyalty program generations, and execution of events and group business.
  • Leadership: Senior leadership presents a high-level of experience and provide a mentorship program for property leadership with monthly trainings, executive education programs, and industry related programs to further enhance abilities of management in their need areas.
