Our Resort

Once the realm of explorers and pirates. Now the sailing capital of the world. A delightfully tranquil and untouched island haven. Where relaxed sophistication meets untamed nature.

Long regarded as one of the world’s greatest getaways, Rosewood Little Dix Bay offers a level of refinement unrivaled in the Caribbean. An eco-tourism destination long before the term was ever coined, the exclusive resort, developed by conservationist Laurance Rockefeller over half a century ago, celebrates Virgin Gorda’s untamed natural beauty. Within peaceful coves awash in crystal-clear waves, guests revel in seclusion. The resort’s accommodations offer an iconic blend of relaxed luxury, while three open-air dining experiences present delicious locally sourced cuisine. Relaxation comes in the form of an award-winning cliff-side spa. Hiking trails, a tennis center and an array of watersports satisfy those inclined to active pursuits. From the gracious service of beach walkers proffering chilled fruit and cocktails to the fine-tuned efficiency of the resort’s concierge staff, guests are treated to unobtrusive attentiveness and embraced with warm Caribbean hospitality.

Located within 500 acres of untamed natural gardens on Virgin Gorda in the British Virgin Islands, Rosewood
Little Dix Bay is surrounded by astonishingly clear blue seas, rugged hills, beautiful isolated beaches and spectacular geological formations.

Nestled amid the gardens and shaded footpaths that edge the half-mile crescent beach, or resting on the lush hillside above, the resort’s 68 rooms and 31 suites and villas have been designed to blend into and incorporate the island’s tropical landscape. Each comfortably outfitted accommodation offers a stylish interior mirroring the soothing tones of the island’s pristine sands, ancient boulders and cooling waters, as well as a host of thoughtful amenities. All rooms are set just steps from the beach, while the suites offer the added benefit of a signature outdoor shower.
