The Senior Manager, Development - Asia Pacific (APACx, excluding Greater China & Mongolia) will work with the Vice President, Development - South East Asia (SEA) to execute SEA growth strategy, including but not limited to originating leads for new hotel projects and negotiating and contracting projects in line with the enterprise's objectives. The Manager of Technology Field Services (Projects) for Asia Pacific (APAC) will manage and track field technology projects (property technology) for owned, leased and managed hotels in APAC as part of an integrated program management to drive alignment between Hilton Corporate Technology and hotels and deliver operational efficiencies in the business. You are responsible for providing MEP & FLS (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire & Life Safety) engineering support from project inception to hotel opening. These brands aim to exceed the guest expectation within our franchised and managed hotels, enhance the value proposition for our brands and appeal to the local dining clientele within the market.
