Should you ever need a higher level of care, we offer a full continuum of care right on campus. In addition to home care and home health, our Springfield continuing care retirement community features a specially designed neighborhood for assisted living, memory care, outpatient and short-term rehabilitation, respite care, and long-term nursing care. While Greenspring residents have priority access to these care levels, you don’t have to be a resident to receive care here.
