• Director Revenue - Hotel (Revenue Management)

  We are currently seeking a Director of Revenue Management to join our team at the Ace Hotel & Swim Club.  Ace Hotel & Swim Club Palm Springs is a mid-century modern marvel.  Dressed up with two deep pools, a stargazing deck, community fire pits and an organic spa offering a multitude of treatments, the hotel is responsive to its Sonoran surroundings - simple, serene, bohemian and swathed in sunlight.  We've got a refined roadside diner and a cool, hideaway cocktail bar, plus poolside bites and drinks.  Ace Hotel & Swim Club is an open sanctuary synonymous with the desert's free-spirited mysticism.

• Catering & Convention Services Manager (Catering/Banquet)

• Aesthetician (Spa)

  The Aesthetician deals with the skin care needs of the clients. They treat skin problems and provide skin care advises. Aestheticians can work in hotels, spas, beauty salons, resorts, spas and health clubs. An Aesthetician deals with clients all the time. So, he/she must possess excellent public relation skills. 

• Director Engineering (Engineering/Maintenance)

  The Director Engineering oversees the property's facilities maintenance function and is responsible for the operation maintenance service and repair of equipment on site. Directs and supervises the Maintenance staff as requested by General Manager. Directs a team responsible for the maintenance of buildings and grounds including renovations expansions and improvements.

• Laundry Attendant (Housekeeping)

  The Laundry Attendant maintains constant supply of clean linens for the hotel. Performs all stages of linen processing, including collecting, transporting, sorting, weighing, loading and unloading (washers, dryers and chutes), ironing, folding, storing and delivering. Cleans laundry machinery and laundry area.

• Chief Engineer (Engineering/Maintenance)

  The Chief Engineer is responsible for ensuring proper operations, maintenance, service and repair of all equipment, while supporting the Aimbridge Hospitality goals of guest satisfaction, cost control and profitability. He/she is also responsible for overseeing and participating in the Preventative Maintenance program, ensuring that all rooms and public space meet Aimbridge Hospitality standards. Management-level associates are expected to work as much of each workday as is necessary to complete their job responsibilities; for OEM associates, overtime does apply and is calculated accordingly.

• Catering & Convention Services Manager (Catering/Banquet)

  The Convention Services/Catering Manager is responsible for attainment of assigned catering/food and beverage sales goals tied to the overall performance of the hotel. The individual will be responsible for effectively servicing clients/groups and maintaining the contracted food and beverage minimum. The Convention Services/Catering Manager will work in conjunction with the Director of Sales or Director of Catering/Convention Services to achieve the hotel’s revenue, meeting planner satisfaction scores, and food and beverage sales goals for one or more assigned properties. Management-level associates are expected to work as much of each workday as is necessary to complete their job responsibilities; for OEM associates, overtime does apply and is calculated accordingly.

• Assistant Director of Sales OEM (Sales & Marketing)

  The Assistant Director of Sales assists with direct oversight of sales and marketing operations for a hotel, in partnership with the respective Director of Sales/Director of Sales & Marketing. This role has the responsibility to achieve optimal occupancy and ADR growth to maximize total revenue while meeting/exceeding hotel profit objectives. This individual will oversee operations of the hotel Sales Managers including, but not limited to, direct sales, follow-up, sales administration, hiring of staff, training, managing and coaching. Additional responsibilities include assisting with sales and marketing budget, forecast, advertising, and marketing and business plans.  Management-level associates are expected to work as much of each workday as is necessary to complete their job responsibilities; for OEM associates, overtime does apply and is calculated accordingly.
