• Maintenance / Event Set-up (Engineering/Maintenance)

  The Maintenance/Set-up Banquet Events team member is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient set-up, maintenance, and breakdown of banquet events at Springfield Country Club. This includes preparing event spaces, setting up tables, chairs, linens, and other equipment, ensuring all facilities are well-maintained, and providing general assistance before, during, and after events. The role also involves a high degree of customer service to ensure the success of each event hosted by the club.

• Banquet Houseman / Set-up events (Catering/Banquet)

  The Banquet Houseman is responsible for the set-up, breakdown, and maintenance of banquet rooms and event spaces at Springfield Country Club. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The Houseman will work closely with the banquet and event teams to ensure all events are executed smoothly and to the high standards of the club.

• Custodian / Housekeeping (Housekeeping)

  The Custodian/Housekeeper at Springfield Country Club is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and overall upkeep of the club’s facilities. The role involves a variety of cleaning tasks to ensure the club’s environment is safe, welcoming, and presentable for all members and guests.
