He/she is also responsible for ensuring the cleanliness sanitation and safety in the kitchen and work areas while minimizing waste and maximizing cost/production ratio.

• Pizza Cook (Chefs/Kitchen)

  Pizza Cooks will set-up pizza station properly and promptly for each service period.  Make sure that all food is prepared based on recipe standards as designated by supervisor.  Ensure that food is sent to appropriate areas on time.  Determine if food meets standards of quality and quantity.

• Prep Cook (Chefs/Kitchen)

  A Prep Cook is responsible for preparing all food items based on standardized recipes for the Restaurant/Dining Outlet Cafe Room Service Employee Cafeteria and Banquets while maintaining the highest standards to produce an appealing and appetizing product.
