  Summary: Reports to Executive Chef and Sous Chef. To oversee and supervise production of food and daily operation in the chef’s absence in addition to all work for assigned station.  Work closely with Chef to prepare and cook creative cuisine.  Maintain standards of cooking skills as determined by Chef.   Maintain awareness of and practice good hygiene and sanitation measures.

  Summary: Provide a positive first and last impression to guests as they arrive and leave the hotel.  Help guest with issues that may arise during their stay, i.e. room accommodations, charges on the bill. When servicing guests, the Front Desk Agent is responsible for being professional, friendly and helpful using the “Rules of Hospitality” of eye contact, a smile, speak first, engage in polite conversation and use the guest’s surname.

  As Meeting & Event Concierge: The Meeting & Event Concierge will be the liaison between the Catering and/or Conference Services Manager and the on-site meeting contact. This position is highly visible and the central point for handling and addressing special needs or on-site requests. The Meeting & Event Concierge will check meeting space daily to ensure event details and set up are as requested and will coordinate and ensure that any other needs or group dynamics are handled quickly and efficiently.  They will also be available for day-of wedding assistance as schedule permits.
