Position Overview

Pay scale: $15-$17/hour

We are looking for a passionate and reliable Breakfast Cook to join our culinary team. This role is perfect for someone who loves early mornings, takes pride in cooking fresh, high-quality meals, and thrives in a supportive, team-oriented environment. As a Breakfast Cook, you’ll play a vital role in creating memorable mornings for our guests while working in a kitchen culture rooted in respect and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook breakfast items according to standardized recipes and presentation guidelines.
• Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies prior to service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen during and after service.
• Monitor food quality and freshness, ensuring all dishes meet our standards.
• Work closely with kitchen staff and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service.
• Uphold food safety and sanitation regulations at all times.
• Assist in training new culinary associates as needed.
• Bring positive energy to every shift and contribute to a welcoming team environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar cooking role preferred, especially in breakfast or brunch service.
• Culinary training or relevant certifications are a plus.
• Strong work ethic with the ability to work early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
• Passion for food and hospitality.
• Commitment to teamwork and a culture of respect and support.
