The opportunity

Delaware North Sportservice is seeking a seasonal Suites Administrator to join our team at American Family Field in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. In this role, you will be responsible for performing clerical and secretary duties to help the organization run efficiently, while also helping with the operation of the Suitesdepartment.

What will you do?

  • Develops, maintains and updates filing system for the unit/department
  • Composes, transcribes and types correspondence, memos, reports and other miscellaneous paperwork
  • Answers phone and takes messages
  • Prepares and handles all incoming and outgoing mail
  • Files correspondence, invoices, reports and departmental records in appropriate files
  • Makes copies and assists with the printing of signs and menus.
  • Enters data for sales reports, departmental financial reports, etc.
  • Assists with inputting team member schedules.
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Inputs all suite orders for food and beverage into the system
  • Double-checks all orders for accuracy
  • Checks all means of order placing to insure all orders have been inputted
  • Inputs all after event restocks
  • Handles sending final bills
  • Prepares and executes daily suites reports including those for all food and beverage orders
  • Tracks daily sales of items in Menu Mix
  • Assists Suite Manager in staff check-in
  • Assists in training of suites employees
  • Assist in the operation when needed on event days
  • Answers suites phone line in a courteous and professional manner
  • Provides menu planning assistance for suite owners

More about you

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in administrative or office position, including experience with office administrative procedures, use, and operation of standard office equipment
  • Previous experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • High level of interpersonal skills to detailed/sensitive and confidential situations
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Basic math skills
  • Effective and professional communication both verbal and written
  • Must be at least 18 years old.

Physical requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
  • Ability to stand and walk for the entire length of shift
