What You'll Do:

  • Maintain accurate knowledge of luxurious hotel services
  • Use friendly and appropriate expressions when addressing guests
  • Assist with guest luggage and packages
  • Be familiar with points of interest in the surrounding area
  • Ensure timely delivery of parcels and special deliveries
  • Arrange taxis and shuttles for guests
  • Assist with luggage handling
  • Notify Front Desk of VIP arrivals
  • Maintain cleanliness of luggage carts

Requirements:

  • Prior guest service experience is required
  • Ability to multi-task, follow through on requests, and work as a team player
  • Professional appearance, attitude, and performance
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and carry up to 25 lbs
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexible schedule required

Compensation:
