The Signia by Hilton Atlanta is seeking a Host to join their Food & Beverage team! This 976-room milestone property offers guests an elevated experience that redefines Southern Hospitality. This role will be supporting both Nest on Four and Homespun outlets. Ideal candidate has at least one year of upscale high volume restaurant experience. Hotel experience and OpenTable proficiency preferred but not required. Seeking someone who is organized and can multitask well. 

Shift Pattern: variable but typical shift times can be 6am-2pm, 10:30am-7pm or 4pm-1am. Weekend/holiday availability required.

Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour

What will I be doing?

As a Restaurant Host/Hostess, you would be responsible for welcoming guests and escorting them to their seats for dining in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Welcome guests and ascertain their dining needs
• Seat guests and manage the seating chart
• Monitor restaurant activity to determine seating and dining flow
• Perform opening and closing duties, as needed
• Assist others with side work including, but not limited to cleaning, stocking, folding silverware, etc.
• Ensure knowledge of menu
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
• Assist fellow team members and other departments wherever necessary to maintain positive working relationships
