QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING, & WORK EXPERIENCE

Preferred to have High School Diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma (HSED).
Must have good observation skills.

Must be a minimum of 18 years of age upon employment.
Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English. Must be able to respond to visual and aural cues.
Must work nights, weekends and holidays as required.
Employment is contingent upon a favorable outcome of a background investigation, drug screening, and license application.
Must possess excellent communication skills.
Must have ability to write routine correspondence and speak effectively to the public, employees and customers.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Maintains surveillance on designated areas and activities.
Records any irregular non-gaming resort property activity.
Provides closed circuit television and personal observations of all departments and applicable job functions to assure that all company policies and procedures are met with compliance.
Reports to appropriate management of any items requiring maintenance or repair. Pays particular attention to safety related matters and reports such items immediately. If dangerous, take precautions to prevent injury until help arrives to respond to the situation.
Completes preventative maintenance and cleaning schedules.
Completes assigned goals and training assignments.
Maintains a good working relationship with personnel having use of the facility, such as management, Indiana Gaming Commission and Indiana State Police.
Always conducts self in a manner that reflects credit on the company and encourages other to do the same.
Must be able to work well with Co-Workers/Supervisor/Managers.
Maintains proper paperwork and log sheets as directed by policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations.
Acts in accordance with established departmental procedures to assure the safeguard of all assets, equipment and property.
Operates all surveillance equipment.
Notes the attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to regulatory, departmental and company policies, including those regarding confidentially.
Performs other related reasonable duties capable of being performed as requested by Management
