Leadership & Team Building:

• Support and collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to lead all aspects of the restaurant.
• Supervise, train, and mentor 5-20 restaurant team members, ensuring peak performance and morale.
• Prepare and manage weekly work schedules to align with staffing needs and business demands.
• Foster a cooperative and productive environment that inspires excellence.

Operational Excellence:

• Monitor and ensure compliance with restaurant standards in service and job functions.
• Oversee daily operations, from managing VIPs and group activities to handling closing duties.
• Ensure accurate payroll and tip distribution while meeting labor guidelines.
• Keep the dining room running smoothly by organizing efficient service during busy times.

Guest Experience Mastery:

• Maintain expert knowledge of all menu items, drink selections, and dining room details.
• Anticipate guest needs, resolve complaints effectively, and deliver exceptional service.
• Handle extended waiting lines with grace and ensure every guest feels valued.
