Position Summary
A Sous Chef Pastry is responsible for contributing to menu creation and managing and training the Pastry/ Bakery brigade to deliver an excellent guest and member experience while managing food cost controls.

In this role, Sous Chef Pastry, is the support of the Chef de Cuisine or Sous Chef in supervising Demi Chefs and the Commis Chefs and in executing the tasks to ensure the highest standards and consistent quality in the daily preparation.Speciality BBQ Chef will assist the Sous Chef in developing new dishes and menus in relation to the BBQ section including: pork, chicken, duck or special meats.
