What will I be doing?
As a Reservations Supervisor, you would be responsible for assisting with overseeing the Reservations Department and processing group reservations information (turnover, including rooming lists, suites, resumes and billing requirements) in the hotels continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
