About the Role:

As the Restaurant Manager of Two One Restaurant, you’ll be at the helm of a dynamic team dedicated to providing exceptional service, mouthwatering cuisine, and an ambiance that keeps guests coming back. You’ll play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation as the top Renaissance Hotel in the country by leading the charge in service excellence, culinary innovation, and team development.

• Elevate Guest Experiences: Ensure every guest is greeted with warmth, served with precision, and leaves with a smile. You’ll oversee the presentation and quality of every meal, ensuring each dish meets our high standards.

• Lead & Inspire: Train and mentor your team in service excellence, from daily line-ups to comprehensive training programs. Your leadership will be key to maintaining the high morale and skill level of our staff.

• Drive Success: Collaborate with our Chef to craft exceptional dining experiences, manage cost controls, and contribute to the restaurant’s financial goals. Your strategic insights will help us stay ahead in a competitive market.

• Innovate & Improve: Continuously seek out ways to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service. Your creativity will help us stay on the cutting edge of the industry.
