About the Role:
As a Gallery Host, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests receive exceptional service from the moment they check in until their departure. Your friendly demeanor and proactive approach will help create a welcoming atmosphere that keeps our guests coming back. You will also be responsible for operating our hotel shuttle and supporting our food and beverage outlets.
Core Responsibilities:

Guest Service Excellence: Provide hospitable and responsive service during check-in, throughout the guest’s stay, and upon departure.

Reservation Management: Accurately handle guest reservations, including check-in, check-out, and payment processes (cash and credit card).

Technology Proficiency: Efficiently manage the hotel’s electronic reservation system, ensuring all data is entered accurately.

Guest Engagement: Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and concerns, following up to ensure satisfaction.

Safety and Compliance: Adhere to hotel safety programs and procedures, including emergency protocols.

Documentation: Complete required documentation (daily reports, checklists, etc.) in a timely manner.

Training and Development: Assist in training new team members on brand standards and hotel procedures.

The ideal candidate is a charismatic people person with a strong customer service background. You should be detail-oriented, able to work under pressure, and possess excellent communication skills.
Requirements:

Experience: Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred.

Cash Handling Skills: Proven experience with accurate cash handling and credit card transactions.

Confidentiality: Ability to maintain the security of sensitive information, including guest registration and payment details.
