【具体的な業務内容】
婚礼の施行手配による収益機会を最大化する 婚礼顧客、その関係者からのリクエスト・問い合わせに適切に応対する 婚礼顧客のニーズに応え、 正確且つ期待値を超える手配を完遂する 効果的に仕事を進め、ホテル内の関連部署、特に宴会サービスと協力関係を構築する 婚礼エージェントとの良好なビジネス協力関係を構築する 各種レポートを作成する 【求められるスキル】コンラッド大阪の婚礼営業担当として、常に当ブランドのお客様のためだけではなく、他のチームメンバーとも協力して業務を行います。この役割を充分に果たすには、次のような姿勢、行動、スキル、価値観が必要となります。
婚礼セールスと施行に関する十分な知識及び1-3年の婚礼プランナー経験 主要なビジネスインジケーターや競争トレンドを理解し、対応できる分析能力 セールス能力 コミュニケーションスキル エクセル、ワード、パワーポイントなどのスキル 処理能力と計画能力 強い忍耐力と健康な心身Requirements
