This is your chance to be part of a Corporate Human Resources team at a top global hospitality company!  As a Senior Manager HR Consulting, you will partner with our business leaders to attract, retain, and develop Hilton's most important asset, our Team Members. On the HR Consulting team reporting to Director HR Consulting, you will develop strategic relationships within the Development and Architecture, Design and Construction business functions to contribute to client short and long-term strategic objectives from a people perspective. Your role includes HR advisory activities, executing talent-related projects and initiatives, and ensuring effective talent development across the business.

Requirements

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What your day-to-day will be like:

  • Align HR plans and initiatives with the business's strategic and operating goals.
  • Develop organizational development plans with business partners, including workforce planning, talent management, performance management, and organizational planning.
  • Implement special projects to support business needs and implement Human Resources procedures including managing HR cyclical processes for your clients.
  • Identify, manage, and execute HR solutions that support global Development strategy.
  • Manage status updates and build strategic creative presentations aimed at informing and engaging key partners.

How you will collaborate with others:

  • Support global development organizational structure or job changes and make recommendations to support the talent strategy.
  • Ensure positive partnerships with HR Center of Excellence (COE) groups, including Benefits, Compensation, Team Member Relations, Learning and Development, Recruiting, and HR Analytics to provide client solutions.
  • Partner with Legal and Finance departments.
  • Support HRC partners regarding organizational structure or job changes, applying your analytical experience to make recommendations on talent management, succession, turnover reporting, position descriptions, salaries, and job changes.

What deliverables you will take ownership of: 

  • Build relationships with key stakeholders to gain insights into Development’s organizational performance and how it supports the business objectives.

WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT

You have these minimum qualifications:

  • Six (6) years of professional work experience in a large, corporate, global organization
  • Previous Consulting, Project Management, Change Management, or HR Business Partner experience
  • Experience dealing with complex data and storytelling/communication with business partners

It would be useful if you have:

  • BA/BS Bachelor’s Degree or MS/MA Master’s Degree
  • SPHR Certification
  • Experience working with talent strategy and/or organizational design
  • Experience working with a geographically dispersed and diverse client group
  • Knowledge of HRIS systems and tools e.g. Oracle
  • Exposure to the Hospitality industry and/or experience working with Development, Sales or Construction related clients
