About the Role:
  • Establish Relationships with Customers to Drive Event Planning Process
  • Qualify, Verify and offer Suggestions to Bring Clarity to Event Expectations and Requirements
  • Lead and Provide Planning Meeting Site Visits of the Venue
  • Create Detailed Event Documents For Operations Teams to Successfully Execute
  • On Site Liaison Between Customer and Operations Teams
  • Increase Incremental Revenue by Providing Creative Options for Unique Experiences
  • Review and Ensure Accuracy of Customer Invoices Post Event
  • Ensure Customer Post Event Survey Scores Achieve and Maintain Hotel Standards
What We're Looking For:
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills are a must
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
  • 1 year of relevant work experience necessary
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Two years of experience in coordinating events at a convention center, theater, hotel, or large public use facility
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, MS Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint)
