Preventative Maintenance Technician

Location: Renaissance Westerville Hotel

Salary: $18-$21 per hour, based on experience

What You'll Do:

  • Scheduled Maintenance: Perform preventative maintenance in guest rooms, meeting rooms, and public spaces.
  • Repair & Clean: Maintain, repair, and clean all guest areas in line with our standards.
  • Safety First: Adhere to all company safety and security policies and complete safety training and certifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safety & Security: Follow and enforce safety policies, report accidents, and handle hazardous materials properly.
  • Tool Management: Safely operate and store tools, equipment, and machines.
  • Emergency Preparedness: Implement procedures for emergency situations like evacuations and medical emergencies.
  • Guest Service: Address guest needs professionally and support coworkers.
  • Physical Tasks: Perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and carrying items up to 50 pounds.
