As a Senior Associate Network Deployment Engineer, you will bring your technical skills to a hospitality company with an award-winning culture. On the Global Deployment & Change Management (GDCM) team reporting to the Manager and Network Deployment Engineer, you will support projects relating to the Hotel Admin LAN infrastructure and convergence planning.

What will I be doing? 

As the Senior Network Deployment Engineer, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Design, implement and certify standard network architecture configurations to the Hotel LAN.
• Approve Network and Firewall new and change requests
• Provide P1 & P2 level escalation support to the Support Desk as part of the Network Deployment On-Call roster.
• Assist end-users and vendors with implementation, triage and other network-related issues
• Assist Global Network Engineering and Information Security teams with implementing global standards, remediating risks and ensuring Compliance Indicators tracked and met.
• You will take ownership of these projects; Hotel Meraki ADM Network, Network Access Control and related technologies.

A Senior Network Deployment Engineer serving Hilton Brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviors, skills, and values that follow:

Minimum qualifications:

• Three (3) years of work experience in a Technology Operations role, preferably within a WAN/ LAN Engineering or Operations role
• You are a Network Engineer with Cisco or Meraki experience who can plan, configure, troubleshoot, and support switch networks.
• Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin as a large part of the work covers China.
• Travel up globally up to 20%

It would be useful if you have:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Associate’s Degree plus 6 years of Technology related experience, or High School Degree/GED plus 12 years of Technology related experience  
• Five (5) years of professional work experience in Technology or a related field
• Advanced certifications e.g. – CMSS, CMNO, CCNP, CCIE, JNCP, or JNCIE
