Restaurant Server Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Table Maintenance: Clear and clean tables promptly after guests leave, including removing used dishes, utensils, and glassware. Wipe down tables and chairs to ensure they are spotless and ready for new guests.
• Service Support: Assist servers with setting tables, refilling beverages, and assisting with guest requests as needed.
• Dining Area Cleanliness: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including the patio and bar areas. Keep the floor free of debris and ensure that all dining areas are presentable.
• Trash and Recycling: Empty trash and recycling bins as needed and ensure proper disposal of waste. Help manage waste disposal in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Guest Assistance: Assist guests with any special requests or needs, such as additional utensils or condiments, and address minor concerns with a positive attitude.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and address any issues that may arise. Communicate effectively to support the overall team effort.
• Restocking: Help with restocking supplies such as napkins, utensils, and condiments. Ensure that all service areas are well-stocked and prepared for busy periods.
• Closing: Sweeping and mopping from underneath tables, wiping down all tables and chairs, help getting FOH back in order.

• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, lift and carry heavy items, and move quickly through a busy dining area.
