Director of Sales

 Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to join our team. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth. You will work closely with other departments to ensure the success of our sales efforts.

Duties

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives

- Identify new business opportunities and target markets

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners

- Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals

- Set sales targets and provide guidance and support to achieve them

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends

- Collaborate with other departments, to ensure alignment in sales efforts

- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients

- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities

Skills

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills:

- Experience in hotel sales.

- Experience with Marriott even better!

- Extended Stay Marriott experience is a plus!

- Strong business development skills with a proven track record of driving revenue growth

- Experience in outside sales and the ability to build relationships with clients

- Excellent negotiation skills to close deals and secure profitable contracts

- In-depth knowledge of sales techniques and strategies

- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to analyze customer needs and provide solutions

- Ability to manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and motivation

Compensation

$57,000 to $65,000 per year

Quarterly and Semi-Annual bonus structure

Participation in 401K

Cell Phone Allowance

2 weeks of vacation after 1 year of service
